Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 International Conference on Transportation and Development. These conferences will be held June 28–July 1, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan, in partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).

Fees

  • On or before February 16, 2026
    • 10'x10'  $2,995 (Payment must be received in full to receive discount.)
    • Double Booth 10'x20' – $5,600
  • February 17, 2026 through May 30, 2026
    • 10'x10' – $3,195
    • Double Booth 10'x20' – $6,100

Important dates

  • February 16, 2026 – Early bird pricing deadline, payment must be received in full to receive discount
  • May 30, 2026 – Exhibitor registration forms due
  • May 30, 2026 – All payments must be received by this date to guarantee booth space, plus the company description (25 words), website, and logo must be received to be included in the conference app.
  • June 28, 2026 – Conference begins.

Cancellation of space

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management. A refund of the total amount paid less a $100 processing fee per 10' x 10' reserved space will be made if cancellation is received before April 27, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after April 27, 2026.
