All roads lead to Detroit!

Join us in the Motor City, June 28-July 1, 2026, for a one-of-a-kind convergence of the International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD 2026) and two of T&DI's signature specialty conferences: the International Airfield and Highway Pavements Conference (Pavements) and the International Conference on Automated People Movers and Automated Transit Systems (APM-ATS).

Hosted by the ASCE Transportation and Development Institute (T&DI), in partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), this event will take place at the Detroit Marriott at Renaissance Center and will feature special sessions organized by MDOT.

This is a rare opportunity to connect with global leaders and innovators across the transportation and development landscape, including engineers, planners, researchers, agency officials, construction and operations professionals, academics, students, and consultants.

Expect an exciting mix of keynote and plenary sessions, breakout tracks, poster presentations, student programming, technical tours, pre-conference workshops, networking events, and more.
